Immigration AssistanceAfter you feel comfortable with your level of correspondence and telephone conversations, your desire to meet the lady of your dreams will be at it's peak. The most important piece of advice here is to meet her family! Good people are raised in good family environments. Be somewhat suspicious if her family has no real interest in you. You will also need travel plans, supporting documentation, and a list of items not to forget. These items should include duplicate copies of important documents, such as your passport, travelers checks, airline tickets, etc. You will need to decide on your course of action regarding marriage and the appropriate plans. If you choose to marry her in her country, you need to call the US Embassy to determine what documents you must have to get married. Your choices for getting her back into this country are essentially as follows... 1) One, to marry her there and pursue a Spousal (Resident) Visa. 2) To meet her and apply for a Fiancée Visa - in which you must have met her in person, and marry her within 90 days of her arrival into this country. Both the marriage (Spousal) Visa and the Fiancée Visa take approximately the same time to process through I.N.S. (normally several months). Both should have the same result - to allow her to reside with you, as your wife. Contact the I.N.S. office nearest you for more details. Sometimes the American Embassy in the country you are visiting will process your wife's paperwork within a few weeks for a Spousal Visa. This is not the general rule. For further, more complete information we recommend our Immigration Assistance Manual, below, and/or contacting an Immigration attorney and the Immigration and Naturalization Service office nearest you.
Our Immigration Kit could quite possibly be the most extensive Immigration guide ever published. Our kit includes the appropriate forms for a "Spousal Petition" if you marry her abroad and the "Fiancee Petition" that would permit your finacee to travel to the USA to become married within 90 days. Unlike other services who charge $100.00 for incomplete "starter kits," ours contains most forms you will need from the initial petition through forms required from the U.S. embassy abroad. We even include an "Adjustment of Status" form you will need two years from her approval date. By knowing what form you will need in advance, you can complete them in a timely manner, without stress and with adequate review, thus avoiding common mistakes which could slow down your girlfriend's approval time. Please give us a call if this guidebook interests you, or order using our mail in order form.
