After spending two wonderful weeks with Luz, we were engaged. She arrived in California with a fiancée visa in June 1997 and we were married in Lake Tahoe in July 1997. Luz is a wonderful woman, 32 years old who enjoys cooking, movies, the outdoors and especially spending time with her husband. She is the most affectionate and devoted woman I have ever known. In two years Luz has learned English well. Although there are cultural differences, these are unimportant when two people love and are committed to each other. Like many men I was discouraged with the negative attitude of American women. It seems that American culture and media encourages women to view men in a negative light. Thank you for everything. Your service has been great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to meet and marry a loyal, caring wife. I am thirty- five years old. For several years, I had spent quite a lot of time at work, with little time for a social life. I did some occasional dating, but not really meeting "someone special" that I wanted to marry and spend my time with. About 2 years ago, I ordered one of your publications and wrote to some of the women in the magazine. One woman in particular, Margarita Valadez, captured my attention. I could tell right away from her letters that she was very interested in me. She was very bright, charming and displayed a great sense of humor. As we got to know each other better, we started to talk on the phone once in a while. The more I got to know her the more I liked her. In April of this year, She arranged to visit me here on a tourist visa. I also planned to meet her over the summer for my vacation. She spent a week here and then I flew to Guadalajara, Mexico to meet her family. We also spent three days in Puerto Vallarta. After meeting her face to face and spending some time together, I was convinced that we would spend our lives together. I ordered your immigration kit and sent off the paperwork necessary for a Fiancée Visa. She arrived here in September and we were married 2 weeks ago on October 6, 1999. We are planning a formal church ceremony for March. Once again, I couldn't be happier. Margarita is everything I've ever wanted in a woman and life partner. She is very caring, sweet, and a lot of fun. Her values are very different from many American women I have known.
